TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Maxus Group, including but not limited to its subsidiaries and affiliates: Maxus Cinemas, Maxus Mall, Maxus Dome & Banquets, Maxus Hotel, and Maxus Realty (collectively referred to as "Maxus Group," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use our services.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "User" refers to any individual, entity, or legal person who accesses or utilizes the services provided by Maxus Group.
1.2 "Services" refer to all goods, facilities, events, accommodations, real estate dealings, entertainment, and other offerings provided by Maxus Group.
1.3 "Website" refers to the official websites, mobile applications, and online portals owned and operated by Maxus Group.
1.4 "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments, modifications, and updates.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND ACCEPTANCE

2.1 This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of Maxus Group’s services, including but not limited to online transactions, physical premises, and bookings.
2.2 By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Maxus Group reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or discontinue any portion of its services at any time without prior notice.
2.4 Certain services may be subject to additional policies, guidelines, or contractual obligations, which shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

3. MAXUS CINEMAS

3.1 Ticketing Policy: All movie tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and valid only for the specific movie, date, and time as printed on the ticket. Refunds shall only be issued in cases of show cancellations or technical malfunctions.
3.2 Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, alcohol, narcotics, weapons, and any other prohibited items are strictly forbidden within cinema premises.
3.3 Liability Disclaimer: Maxus Cinemas shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings within its premises.
3.4 Conduct Policy: Users must adhere to cinema etiquette and refrain from disruptive behavior. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals for misconduct without a refund.

4. MAXUS MALL

4.1 Usage of Premises: Users shall use mall premises solely for lawful and intended purposes. Any unlawful, offensive, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Commercial Activities: Unauthorized solicitation, promotional events, or commercial activities within mall premises require prior written approval from Maxus Group.
4.3 Parking and Vehicle Liability: Parking facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Maxus Group assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.

5. MAXUS DOME & BANQUETS

5.1 Event Reservations: All event bookings are subject to availability and require advance reservations with applicable deposits.
5.2 Payment and Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract. Cancellation charges may apply as per the booking policy.
5.3 Venue Regulations: Users must comply with all venue-specific regulations, including noise restrictions, decor limitations, security protocols, and permissible event activities.

6. MAXUS HOTEL

6.1 Guest Identification: All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
6.2 Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6.3 Liability for Damages: Guests shall be held liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and shall be required to compensate accordingly.
6.4 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, illegal drug use, and any form of criminal activity are strictly prohibited within hotel premises.

7. MAXUS REALTY

7.1 Legal Compliance: All real estate transactions facilitated by Maxus Realty shall comply with applicable property laws, zoning regulations, and contractual agreements.
7.2 Due Diligence: Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including verification of property documents, ownership records, and contractual terms before proceeding with transactions.
7.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from real estate services shall be settled in accordance with applicable laws in India and through arbitration as outlined in Section 10.

8. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

8.1 Maxus Group collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the official website.
8.2 By using our services, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for service-related purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Maxus Group, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
9.2 We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from cyber threats or technical failures.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

10.1 Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India.
10.2 The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
10.3 The decision of the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION

12.1 Maxus Group reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12.2 Continued use of our services after changes to this Agreement constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
